Melnikov performs Haydn, Prokofiev and Brahms at Wigmore Hall

On 20th September 2018 at 7.30pm, the Russian pianist offers Prokofiev’s wispy but characterful collection of 20 miniature ‘fleeting visions’, written between1915 and 1917, before joining Cuarteto Casals in Brahms’s grandly impassioned piano quintet, a cornerstone of the Romantic chamber repertory.

The concert is part of Chamber Zone, a free ticket scheme for young people aged 8-25 years old.
